Shipping Policy:

Our objective is to dispatch products to you within 7 business days from the receipt of payment. Deliveries will be executed by third-party courier or logistics companies between 9am – 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. It is imperative that products are signed for upon delivery, and this acknowledgment will serve as conclusive evidence of delivery. We disclaim responsibility for acknowledgments signed by individuals other than the one who initiated the order. We cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses provided during the ordering process, as transactions are authenticated by the cardholder. Post-delivery, we do not assume responsibility for any product damage. If you suspect that a product is not in satisfactory condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and contact care@localhost with your order reference number. We will exert our best efforts to arrange for a replacement delivery or refund your amount if a replacement is unattainable. The title and risk of loss for all products ordered transfer to you upon Kaarnis’s shipment to the carrier.

Delivery Charges:

Orders exceeding 2,000 INR qualify for complimentary shipping and delivery (inclusive of replacement). In instances where a customer is unreachable or fails to accept delivery after two attempts, Kaarnis reserves the prerogative to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. In such scenarios, the customer will either receive in-account credit or a refund via NEFT/UPI.
