Cancellation by Kaarnis:
Kindly be aware that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We retain the decision, solely at our discretion, to decline or annul any order for any reason. Instances that might lead to the cancellation of your order include limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additional verifications or information may also be necessary before we can proceed with accepting an order. We will reach out to you if any or all parts of your order are cancelled or if additional information is needed to proceed. Should your order be cancelled after your account has been charged, the refunded amount will be processed through NEFT, UPI, or another appropriate method within 5-7 days of the cancellation.
Cancellations by the Customer:
In the event of requests for order cancellations, Kaarnis reserves the right to accept or reject such requests for any reason. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been already approved by us, processed, shipped or out for delivery. Kaarnis holds the full authority to determine whether an order has been processed. The customer agrees not to dispute Kaarnis’s decision and accepts Kaarnis’s judgment concerning the cancellation.
