Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

A replacement or return is permissible ONLY if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is substantially different from the original order. To initiate a replacement for any damaged item or one that does not match your original order, kindly contact customer service via email at care@kaarnis.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photographs/short video footage of the product. The company will evaluate the eligibility of the product for replacement, and this determination will be communicated to you. Any defective product or the product that is different from the order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number, all tags, and the original packaging box. In order to become eligible for a refund or an exchange, (i) the product must remain in its original condition, (ii) product must be unused, (iii) product tags must be intact, (iv) product must be packaged appropriately in its original box. Please allow 7 days from the date of receipt of the product for your request to be processed. You will be notified once your replacement request is either accepted or rejected. Damages incurred due to negligence or improper usage are not covered under our Return & Exchange Policy. Certain special rules pertaining to promotional offers may supersede this Policy. In all instances, the company’s decision regarding the acceptance of a replacement or return request is final and binding.

Refund Policy:

All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of in-account credit or through NEFT/UPI within 5-7 working days to the source account once the product is received by us. While the customer’s preferred transaction mode will be considered, Kaarnis reserves the right to determine the payment method. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

**Note:** In-account credit denotes an amount credited to the customer’s account (excluding taxes and shipping charges), which can be utilized by the customer for their subsequent online purchase on the website. If the customer does not possess an account on the website, the refund will be processed via NEFT/UPI. The validity period of in-account credit will be one year from the date of crediting to the customer’s account. This credit is non-redeemable for cash or cash equivalents and can only be utilized for product purchases.
